My champion is "too weak" on one site and "too strong" on a different one, what do???

So was bouncing around trying to find stats on Sona. Primarily her early game "weakness" compared to her late game power. The problem seems to be that the information is super different depending on what site you use. Like on one site her 0-20 min games was something between 35%-38.5% win rate, with a late game win rate of 53%- 56.5%. While on a different site she sports a 46.75% win rate in the 0-20 min bracket and a 59.8% win rate in long games. Do i quote the site that says her early game is HORRIBLE and demand buffs to it, while quoting the low end of the late game power to say she doesn't need much (if any) power shaved from her late game? Do i quote a different site and ask that she get minor buffs early in exchange for serious nerfs to her late game (i mean 59.8% win rate in long games...).

Personally i want her to have a better and more clear early game... but now i'm not sure if i'm being greedy or if Riot is screwing Sona players over.

You play her and from experience in different matchups you decide where she excels and where she falls short. And if she needs any adjustments. The sites give numbers but fail to explain why something is.

For example, Sion had a high win ratio last patch. Now that there has been a bug fix, his win ratio dropped. Also whether he can win early or late depends on keystone. So there is a lot of factors that come into play that we can't see with win percentage.

You make it feel like RIOT will decide to buff/nerf the champ only cuz you say it in your post. XD

You research your sources, not your data and determine credibility and accuracy of info.

Then, you realize those sites can't show the whole picture and you can start to think logically about how her power works in the game. Her ult scales her basic spell CDR with each rank in addition to all of her spells reducing their CDR per spell rank, so she continues gaining significant power through level 18 in her entire kit. Her passive functions off of spell casts, which function off of CDR which you can buy more of as the game progresses, and interacts with the CDR provided by ranks in her ult. She scales hard as fuck with both gold and levels because of this interaction.

It makes sense then, for her early game to be weaker given her lack of scaling from lack of gold/items at that point. However, none of this is grounds for buffs or nerfs bc you don't have the stats Riot does as far as the subtleties go. Enemy lane comp, team comp, team's power curve due to picks, enemy team's power curve due to picks, presence of targetted CC, gap closers and all that shit. Versus a fast ganking mobile jungler with a CC heavy bot lane, Sona could get shitted on entirely whereas vs that same jungler but a poke bot lane, not so much.
