A few concerns about some of the runes:
I'm reading this from the actual site, so if these runes are different than how I describe them, blame Riot for not updating their stuff.
Hextech Flashtraption: Wouldn't it be much better if you were able to use Hexflash even when regular flash isn't on cooldown? Just by standing still for 2 seconds, Flash is just automatically replaced by Hexflash until the champ either uses it or moves again? It sounds like a good rune, but I don't want to be banished from actually using it just because my regular flash is still up.
Iron Skin and Mirror Shell: They're just simply inferior to Conditioning. Conditioning gives BOTH armour and mr, gives more of it each, and doesn't require healing of any sort to proc it. Its only drawback is waiting 10 minutes, but no one has enough armour/mr BEFORE 10 minutes to ever make good use of these runes at that mark.
Cheap Shot: When you see poor ADC's lost 1000 health in under a second, where's the actual benefit to dealing an extra 12-30 damage every 4 seconds? It's really just underwhelming. That's all I can really say.
Scorch: Same as cheap shot. What would you prefer: dealing an extra 60 damage to ONE champion every 20 seconds at level 18, or an extra 48 AP at 30 minutes? Come on, now.
Guardian: I may have read this wrong, but it seems to me this gets procced at any amount of damage taken. So in lane, you can go in for one small poke against your enemy laner, and immediately waste this passive for 45 seconds. This is just like Yasuo's shield... except on a 45-second cooldown. That's a long time for a shield that can almost always get negated.
