Do people not consider buying a bit of attack speed on kled?

The main reason being the faster you can get your w swings out, the faster it goes on cd, meaning you can use it much more often in extended fights, especially if you do a cdr buildpath with it.

I find most of my damage coming from items like Bork & Phantom dancer together.
