The changes I want made also apply to normal Team Builder. It would make for a better experience:

Have players queu up as a specific role/lane. and match them with other players accordingly.

Champion can be banned/chosen after. This is so that you don't get a top main stuck as support just because he was last pick.

In normal TB, it'd help to synergize the champions you pick instead of just declining every one that doesn't fit.
