Anybody else feel like Jhins ult besides the 4th shot feels a little underwhelming?
His E feels like it does more damage than every shot besides the last one.
E overtuned or R undertuned or am I just a little crazy?

qetzel1 votesI haven't played him, so I am not sure how it feels, but an ultimate ability shouldn't do 4x as much damage as a regular ability. If each shot did as much as his E... I dread to think.
