I have always played league with bindings that others always call odd. space,alt,tab,esc,Q,W,E,R,D,F,P,B,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,mb1, and mb2 are the same but I then have A,S,X,C for ability leveling (A=Q/S=W/X=E/C=R), V for stop, GRAVE/TILDA for attack move, mb5 (I have a special gaming mouse with many buttons) for shop, and Z for additional summoner info.

I tend to refocus my camera by just pressing Y.
Kirius Dark1 votesItem on use normal 1 2 3 4 but then 5 6 7 is now Shift 1, Shift 2, Shift 3. Just easier to reach and dont need to figure out what item is where. Pretty simple to remember when its sightstone 3, control ward shift 3.
RusselChambers1 votesI have my level up buttons set to Alt-(1,2,3,4). Dont selfcast many items, and definitely not trinkets so it works wonders in battle
Spacebar is camera lock on and off because I switch it to view other lanes alot
Danger ping is on T, On my way is C, missing enemy is V
And thats about it

1 [R], 2 [E], 3 [W], 4 [Q]
I have my summoners on the keys next to these for ease of access:
~ [Flash], 5 [Ignite, Exhaust, Heal, or Smite]
Then I use Space for my third inventory slot with activate-able items, but I still use B for back as it is right above the Space bar.
