How will the celerity change effect picking runes?
I'm curious as to what this change will bring to certain champions. Will it be a good pick on champions like Lulu (w), Janna (P & W), etc?

ViciousSummoner1 votesStill better off running Transcendence + Waterwalking. You are Denying yourself and your team utility for a selfish pick just to walk slightly faster. Waterwalking is already more than enough and really all that you need as a support.
