How to get out of Bronze
Well lets begin with MMR. MMR determines a huge portion on whether or not you will be moving up or not. From learning about MMR I have come to the conclusion that the way to get out of Bronze is...
- You need to play a large quantity of games with...
- ... winning obviously more than you are losing and....
- ....You have to avoid the common, troll, DC'er, and new player
Now lets look at the problem with all three. (BONUS point ---- Its extra mean to ya because you have to do all three at once to move up)

Demanding that a player invests 4-8 hours of play a day, which is about 10 games more or less, is ridiculous. If you want to move up the ladder quickly, no not even quickly, more like. If you want to move up the ladder at all. You have to invest a great amount of your day to day to league. Which in a life where you might have, a job, school, family, hobbies, other games, girlfriend/boyfriend, a family, etc. That is down right ridiculous. You can be a really really good player, and be in bronze depending not on your ability but the quantity of games you've player "recently

Problem 2 and 3 are related ( also 1 ) So inorder to move up you have to win. You and your other 4 members have to work together and defeat the other team!! Well that means that you have to avoid the probability of running into a: Troll, a player that is learning (no offense, I want you to learn, Ill even help you, just in normal matches. Not in ranked), any kind of player with bad connections, any rage player, any toxic player, and player playing outside of their comfort role, anyone who has a life and miss judge time, etc. So all in all if you can avoid all these things and apply basic LOL strategy, you have a great chance of moving up

Relating back to 2, you cannot get any of the previously stated players. Your chance of winning will literally shoot down about 35% or more depending on how many members of this type of player you have in your team. For instance, trolls...troll. DC'ers are good players but unreliable and can cause a loss easily. Angry players become toxic and cause other teammates to either become angry too, or to become trolls, and new players. Now new players are special to me and I never report them. Because it took me a very long time to learn some of the tricks of league. I understand its hard, and we need a mentoring system that is accessable IN GAME so that new players can have someone to learn from and with.
RIOT needs to fix alot of these problems, because when you actually stack up all the chances of a Bronze ranked player running into one of these situations is extremely high. I'm running an average of 2 of 3 games has a troll that causes the general down fall of the match. I can remember and describe each loss I've suffered for you in detail because I remember the jerk trolls who caused them.
There is another solution, if there was a automatic in game voice chat system, it would become easier to relate to your team mates and work together. You would have to mute trolls quickly, but I feel like that would solve some of the issue. But mainly the problem lies in itself
RIOT expects bronze players to
- Play a ridiculous amount of matches
- Not run into any form of "toxic" or "learning" player
- To have the luck required to
END OF MESSAGE
SIDE NOT PERSONAL MARKS about me and about new players.
As a personal side not. At this point with RIOT, I feel no sense of progress, no sense of accomplishment, no sense of reward for my victories and hard work, no sense of motivation to really keep trying to get out of Bronze. I don't feel like Riot cares about any player that isn't in the Challenger rank. I feel like RIOT is becoming more of a MLG recruitment for its own game, then it is a game for the masses anymore. There is literally no other game pushed more than ranked games, and to me they are the most disappointing. I play league now because it is the only game I have, instead of when I started in season 1. Where I played for fun, for progression, for satisfaction, for the love of the game. To help people learn as I went and then to dive into experienced players in ranked.
A solution to new players as another side note. Make a mentoring system that rewards the mentor, and is completely random. Make it so the mentor is just assigned a random player with low scores, low MMR, and low time in the League world. Make it rewarding for a mentor with prizes, make veteran ranking system that tells you how long someone has been level 30 so you can understand someone more when they aren't doing very good. Then you can easily see that they are newer and you should have more patience with them. Or they should just match you with people who have roughly the same amount of time playing league in your same ladders. That way un-experienced practices with un-experienced, and Experienced can feel competitive with experienced people
