What's with the huge spike in AFKs and Leavers?

Is it just me or has there been a huge spike in AFK's in the past 2 weeks? I've seen more people finish the game with 0/0/0 0 cs and 0 items in the past 2 weeks than I have in my first 17 months of League. Others disconnect early and sit in base for 20+ minutes.

Had a Singed who never connected, stayed in base for 50 minutes.

Is there a known issue server-wise that's causing all these disconnections or are there more trolls on League now? Because I can't recall getting this many AFK/DC players in a short period of time. Anyone else seeing lots of AFKs/DCs (on either team) in their games?

EDIT: Windows 10 seems to be causing some lag/disconnections/video card problems for my friends. Could Windows 10 be the problem? I recently got mine, and I do get a lot of lag, but not many disconnections.
