Soraka silence and Lucian ult

I don't know if this is a bug, or intended, but either way Soraka's silence doesn't stop lucian ultimate. Every time I plopped my silence down and lucian walked on it he continued to cull. If this is intended why?

I think it's because he's already cast the ability and it's not actually a channel. So technically it shouldn't stop it. Not 100% sure if that's true or not, but it makes sense to me.

His ultimate IS a channel, but can be only interrupted by cc that makes you unable to auto attack

Lucian's ultimate isn't actually a channeled skill so it shouldn't be disrupted by anything. That said I can't remember if certain stuns can cancel it or not.

Lucien's ult just kinda happens. As a proof of point, try recalling while his ult is active. (it should work.)

Ooh like morgana ult? I didn't know that, I've never played Lucian in my life.

Silence keeps you from casting. If the ability is cast prior to the silence then it will run it's course.

Intended, Silence only works on Abilities.

Lucian Ult counts as a chain of Basic Attacks,

I'd assume that he got out before it ticked.
