Siyther1 votesevery adc can kill anyone in 2 seconds late game. Some that are hyper carries kill ur whole team in 2 seconds. Problem is the hyper carries are the ones ppl want bufffs for they dont get that u are supposed to be weak as shit early game. Tristana does not need buffs she just doesnt turn on til 3 items same for twitch jinx,vayne or kog. If u need an adc to be buffed so badly i suggest buffing Varus
