Actual issue with the patch (not butthurt rant about new runes/BE/Leveling)
Ok, so as any jungle main has probably noticed, the jungle camps spawn a solid 10 seconds earlier. While this really doesn't seem like an issue (indeed, I myself didn't even realize this problem at first), it does fuck up certain junglers. In the previous season, one could go buff camp (smite), 2 small camps, then other buff camp and have the smite back before the camp was cleared. Now, with the 10s earlier spawn, you won't get the second smite. While this in no way affects mainstream junglers and champs with built in healing, off-meta picks and assassin-types have a hell of a time clearing like this. I know that last season I have literally only survived my initial clear with certain champs due to the smite heal after smiting the second buff camp. I feel like this change needlessly limits which champs can viably jungle, and this is not healthy for the game (unless of course you want to see about 5 champs always picked for jungle...Oh wait, that's exactly what Riot wants, my mistake...).
