A comment about morgana for the Dev Diary on upcoming champs

Please look at her passive as well, i was mainly hoping for ult work, so its nice to see that. However at least to me her passive feels very strange to use with the removal of spellvamp they had to make it something similar, then they had to tune it between minions and champions cause it was just too strong.

Personally i think they should move the healing onto her W and give her a new passive.
