Patch 5.16 Garen and Darius

So by any chance.... Will the reworked be able to deal with the updated Garen and Darius? I know in terms of the shen rework its early for discussion, but speaking on behalf of all tank players, you can't just nerf defensive items and give these two fighters tank-like defensive stats... It's not fair! Really it isn't nor is it entertaining for those who draw the short hand of these changes. I swear on my big toe this is ludacris, your so reluctant and hesitant to "give shen more power" and your making Garen and Darius, one man armies.

Tanks would will simply fall out of meta by patch 5.16, and the rise of ** Sterak's Gage & Titanic Hydra** will enable bruisers to once again... Take their place. However, since my one and only favourite tank is getting reworked i'm willing to see how that pans out before I return to playiny fighters and Mage assassins.

Hmm, doesn't sound bad :) I was thinking about buying Sterak until I read Titanic's passive.

Shen should still be a good match for Garen throughout the lane phase. There's not a whole lot of changes Shen has to worry about until the later stages of the game, and by then Shen should be tanky enough to not care.

Darius might be quite a bit more difficult, but if you get upgraded boots first you could do just fine. His Q is actually dodge-able now, and with the bleed passive doing physical damage it's even easier to itemize as a tank.

Garen and Darius have worse laning phase after the patch hits. Laning should be easier as you can dodge Darius Q easier and Garen's judgement is easier to escape and deals less dmg at early ranks.

Titan hydra stats are op as shit if they get released like they are. 4.5k health garen does 65 extra damage on hit to the target he is hitting, 112 extra damage in a cone effect and then active does almost 500 extra damage in a cone effect. Not to mention if he has black clever the passive stacks on anyone hit by the cone so it's basically an aoe clever proc. just a stupidly op item right now.
