Will we ever see an ADC item with more than 10% cdr?

I say ADC item inb4 zeke's herald which is a support/bruiser item at best.

I'd even be happy with a 15% cdr item with decent ad/as/crit, but will any AD item see more than 10% cdr?

What makes something a bruiser/support item? Starks provides hp, cdr, attack, and life steal. Literally the only questionable thing is health which is also present on Triforce which is a buy on some adcs. It's also 100% gold efficient.

adc's don't scale with the small hp it gives, 20 ad is even smaller, 20% cdr is ok, 10% lifesteal is ok, but no where near worth on a marksmen.

the stats are 100% efficient for champs that scale/play well with them.

would a velkoz build IE, or a fiora build deathcap?

p.s. tri force has way more flat stats(including crit) and a much greater passive.

honestly i would like to see more items with Critical chance and more items with movement speed All items with movement speed are the ones with attack speed ( item 3046 item 3087 ) or with low AD ( item 3172 )

item 3172 has CDR and AS,but i would trade those stats for AD (instead of AS) and Critical Chance (instead of CDR)

I think ADC kits in general should scale more with as. Kind of like master yi yasuo, graves etc By auto attacking you reduce your CDR. Or like vayne's q. In fact I think even making spells with a static CDR would be fine on certain ADCs.

With some exceptions like ezreal or Lucian. Lucian is tone down with a shorter range which makes it okay... I still think essence reaver and ghostblade or black cleaver plus the 5% from mastery provide ample CDR. Already 25%.

The main problem with getting CDR runes/masteries early that your lvl 1-5 you can't really trade with someone with attack speed quints. And your limited by mana constraints.
