BOTTING PLAYERS ON SUMMONER'S RIFT! RIOT HELP!!!!!

I thought bots were only in the less-played modes like Dominion, ARAM, 3v3.

But I guess not. Recently my friend played 2 people who were acting suspiciously and had 0/21 scores. So I looked them up and here's what I found.

This is how I know they are bots:

1. Ghost Heal spells
2. They have the basic summoner icon (the ones that are used by Coop vs AI Bots)
3. The build is almost identical in all games
4. They have 10+ matches played. Yes, I know people can play 10 matches a day, but bots will keep playing. If you check their profiles hourly, you should see one match every hour. And then there is LOLKing, it shows what time you play the matches and the time in between matches seems unrealistic.

Anyway, Riot this needs to stop. Bots are ruining 100s of peoples games per day. You guys need to them ASAP. I'm pretty sure these are the accounts being botted to 30 to be sold.

P.S. I know some of you are going to say Name and Shame. However, from what I've seen, people usually say the bots name on the forums. If it is still name and shame, tell me and I will remove the names.
