Weekly reminder that Lucian Passive should count as 2 rageblade stacks....
As stated in Lucian champ spotlight at about 0:50 into the video, Lucian passive counts as 2 auto attacks, and not one.

This is more evident in the way Lucian stacks 
and even Feet foot. Each shot of Lucian passive counts as 1 attack, hence every time Lucian procs his passive, he stacks those items twice.
Therefore, just for plain game consistency, Lucian passive is suppose to stack rageblade twice, not once. Please upvote so riot can correct this or atleast let us know the reasoning behind this inconsistency.
I honestly don't think Lucian would be broken with rageblade as Crit buiilds scale way harder anyway.
