@Riot, What happened to pathfinders knife?

i originally didn't like pathfinder knife because it was a shittier version of trackers... but its STILL better than NO trackers even the changes to and we saw on pbe 2 patches back would really help address AD jungle having absurd sustain their first clear. while helping the struggling ap junglers. escpailyl the tankier ones who woudl rather go cinderhulk than runic

why were these changes pulled? there was bug with proc sure.. but it was fantastic when it worked
