Luden Echo is such a great item, riot made another copy of it.
. It truly shows the amount of creativity and thought that goes into AP itemization that they had to duplicate the most commonly built mage item for junglers.

Cinderhulk and Bloodrazor are also copies of other items and Warrior is just a BF Sword with CDR.
It's almost like all jungle items are just copies of other items with minor changes here and there or something. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
Actually OP has a valid observation. The other 3 items are unique, with regard to the current item catalog, compared to Runic Echos. This is no secret: the name is intentionally similar to the mage item. When Luden's was changed last year, Runic was changed similarly.
Cinderhulk gives a weak version of the Sunfire Cape passive, but it has the unique property of % health bonus.
Bloodrazer is more similar to BoRK, but it's not a copy of the item, merely complimentary. It scales on target's MAXIMUM health, with double the AS and no AD.
Warrior is just stats, and there is no complete item like that, although it resembles the lethality items that build off of Warhammer as well. It also kind of resembled old Stormrazor, in the same sense. Anyway, it's just the logical finished item for Warhammer, that's all.
It is assumed that Luden's is a core item for any AP caster who has any business jungling at all. Giving them a slightly nerfed version at a lower price is intended to help these junglers get an early power spike.
Last season there was a "smite mid" strategy after the scuttler changes, and part of the reason that it was workable was this.
