I have no mobility and my one ranged skill that I would like to use against a god damn Leblanc with 15 health did 0damage to her. Give it some base damage.
Side note I hate Leblanc jeezus did I just get ripped apart.

Lord Dusteon2 votesIf you buy Luden's it gains a 100 (+.15 AP) damage burst as long as the proc is up.
Not that good and a high chance you'll have used Luden's already, but it is something.

It would be nice if it had its own base damage, and I'd heard once that they were considering the idea, but you have ways to deal with it.
