lets face it Rageblade is too strong

I know was trash before its update but this has gotten out of hand.

this item has single handedly made FOUR champs MUST bans

granted also got a HUGE unneeded buff but that is an issue for another thread.

is an item that give AP and AD built from two items and that both ONLY give either AP or AD into an item that is designed to be for auto attack champions

it should be BUILT on champions that WANT both AD and AP. right now its current passive is completely ignoring that.

it should be good on champs that have good AP and AD scaling champs that can go either way or hybrid. granted already fits this category. but overall i feel the reworked is just hurting the game. we could EASILY take FOUR champions off the instant-banned list if this item was fixed

and im not saying just lowering the attack speed, it needs to be redesigned again. turn it into something champs what have both AD and AP want. not champs that are attack speed and auto-attack based.
