MF Spitballing
As it stands right now, Miss Fortune is struggling to keep up with other ADCs, due to the fact that she simply doesn't scale as well. I like the idea of her being an early lane bully, but the tradeoff for the lack of a power spike late game isn't cutting it. I have a couple ideas to remedy this.
- Take out the minion aggro Strut cancellation.
Best way to do this would be to give her a passive movement speed buff per level (2 is probably good), and tone down Strut's passive as a result (60 movement speed, 30 taken off for minion aggro, the full 60 for champion/monster aggro.)
- Turn Double Up into an on hit effect, give it 100% AD scaling on the first enemy, 110% on the second, and have it prioritize champions over minions
As a MF main, this idea of using Impure Shots' OHE to mark enemies then bounce Double Up onto them is REALLY clunky. There is never a situation where this works well (unless I'm facing Yorick or Malzahar) so this would definitely help. Allowing her Q as an on hit effect would also help give her a little extra range and damage to quickly burst down a champion (without having to fiddle with facerolling). Another idea to remedy this is below.
- Add Impure Shots stacks and an attack speed debuff to Make it Rain
Make it Rain is just pitiful atm. I don't really use it often because the little damage (on AD MF, AP MF this is up to snuff) and the hefty mana cost. If Make it Rain slowed attack speed as well, I could see it being much more useful. I'm more than willing to see the slow nerfed to oblivion on it if it dealt Impure Shots for better landing her Q and an attack speed slow. After all, if you are getting hosed with bullets, you probably aren't thinking about engaging an enemy spraying hot lead at you...
