Soraka shut down with ignite! :(

After her Starcall nerf only thing soraka got going for her is heals, and now that Ignite gives -40% heal, all the enemy does is go in ignite adc and soraka heals become useless and lane losses.. 1 ignite and she useless as a support :( Could you make Wish remove GW again?
