Grading system is really crippling enthiusiasm to play
[Rant!] [Have in mind I do not hate Aurelion Sol player nor champion. he was cool dude and he definitely was important part of winning this game. This is NOT about the player, nor the champion] [Also feel free to downvote me for your e-peens sake]
First game. Me Xerath. I'm a master of a warzone. I kill everything 360 no scope. Enemies flee and die. My final score is 17/3/21. Most kills Least deaths Second highest assists Most damage to champions Most gold (15,2k) And 34 minions
Score: A+
....OKAY, got it, I'll try to be even better. It'll be hard, but do-able! <-- I'm truly pumped!
Second game. I'm Fiddle, whenever I come in front all enemies run. They know that I ain't here for fun and giggles. Score 14/4/30. Second highest kills (Aurelion Sol had 16) Least deaths Most assists Second highest damage to champions (less than 500 from Aurelion) Most gold (12,2k) And just 27 minions (Aurelion had 57)
Score: A+
And here's where something inside me broke: Aurelion Sol got an S- for a 16/6/20 score. For fks sake! This is stupid. NO. THIS IS RETARDED.
My Xerath beat the living shit out of Aurelion Sols score, but nope. Have an A+. Fiddle wasn't any worse, but nope, A+ again.
Are you telling me that to get an EFFING S on anything I have to be a minion stealing selfish scum? In fucking ARAM game? Which idiot decided it was a good idea?
And other game: I was Taric. Goddamn 57 assists. I was saving my teams asses all the time. I couldn't even get close to minions. I was just a wall of meat to punch. Got B+ for that. I was the main link in the team. Without me my 4 squishy teammates would lose in a heartbeat! But meh. I feel truly betrayed.
You guys might say: "Pff so what, you'll get some boxes sooner or later." But it's not just about getting a bunch of pixels or not. Its about CONSISTENCY for crying out loud!
What's more: I don't play in Squads. I am trully annoyed by playing with teammates of totally random skill (skill disparency).
Also what the f____k is this "PARTY BONUS" on my grade?! isn;t it already crippling to get punch in the gut by plaing SOLO versus premade teams? Do we also have to be punished?
So far I though only Nexon is the very worst shitty game company. But this shit Riot pulls out is like trying to be worse than the worst..
EDIT:
Forgot to mention. The funny part is: I almost always buy Frost Queen Claim. because I know how difficult it is to get enough gold in ARAM. So, by poking and killing less minions, my team has more gold.
And looks like my actions are against how one should get an S. I should be a selfish prick I guess. Can be done. Won't be pleasant. But Hey!, that's what Rito wants, right?
