What nerf? I checked 2 different PBE sites and I haven't seen a Gunblade nerf. Are they just not updated yet?

Anyway, if it is being nerfed, it's because of champions like Shaco and Corki (mid) who use the early game burst too well. Their winrates are super high right now.

Damage is being changed to be level-dependant (same max amount though). It was on the PBE update listed at S@20 today.

Well there ya go, they're nerfing it for the exact reason I provided - it's too strong early.
