The Iceborn Gauntlet nerf most people would like to see

Chain Vest + 
Sheen - Combine cost reduced to 150 (from 650)
- Total cost increased to 3000 (from 2700)
- Stats and passive unchanged
This way, the item still maintains its slot efficiency, but the metagolem gets slowed down. The combine cost becomes essentially the price of the passive.
As it is right now tanks have a little bit too easy access to CDR on par with solid base damage items (Sunfire + IBG). Adding CV to this recipe would soften the slowfield powerspike as well as enabling smoother progression (no weird jump from 25 armor to 65).
