That champ deals no freaking damage and is not tanky. Hell Even shyvanna ans Udyr gets buff but Volibear gets ignored. And anyone who says voli does deal damage , has no clue about this champion. Play him , u will see he does no freaking dmg, its pointless to play this champion

My suggestion give True dmg on his W and his E should fear Champions like WW

one might say the buffs to cinderhulk could help him with his passive gaining more hp cuz he gets more hp due to bonus hp passive on cinderhulk. and how his freenzy scales with bonus hp
