Objectively, I have to say that 5 seconds of a slow AND attack speed reduction seems to be an absurd amount of CC for one ability...by the time the 5 seconds is up, he is 5 seconds closer to using it again.

I mean its basically like having exhaust as his Q. Seems absurd.

It's Nasus's only CC. He has to walk up to you while casting it. Wither is part of what makes Nasus a monster.
