not that i want or dislike ,i like talon ,he is gated ,limited by mana and such all in ,but riot will find reasons

This item is essentially a handicap for 60% of league of legends. Everyone who wasnt mechanically skilled with assassins who couldnt get kills and get rolling now has a much easier time. For good players this item wont mean much because they dont have problems assassinating people already. For everyone else things just got alot easier.
