They play Taliyah over Diana because Diana has not been featured in a youtube video?

Its kinda sad how the meta works...what does taliyah have that diana does not? other than an average blue&red clear since she does not have the aoe power diana has,maybe ganks after before 6? because after 6 diana wins hands down since she can jump you every 20 seconds.. Can somebody explain to me why is taliyah preferred over someone like diana?
