Champion Running Animations

I think it should be easier to achieve the running animations of certain champions(For instance Twitch and Vel'Koz) after building boots and mabye another movement speed items. I see with homeguards, (Which most of the time you probably wouldn't buy on Twitch or even Vel'Koz) they have the special movespeed related changes to their running animations, but it seems pretty difficult to attain that animation outside of the homeguard movespeed buff. Just figured it'd be cool, I like Twitch's running animation a lot and it's a shame that you don't get to see it too often.

Edit: There is apparently a running animation, and a haste animation. I was confused about this. I thought it should be easier to achieve their haste animations.
