Anyone else think Veigar should have his Q as a point and click?

you can still implement a double hit with a point and click ability.

His Q as a skillshot really limits his laning phase tbh.

It would be nice if it hits the enemy behind 2 minions, then you wouldnt even care about P+C. But Veigar, as he is now, is just useless.
