The literal easiest champ in the game, the highest burst potential in the game, the most game-changing ult in the game, the easiest laning phase in the game, the easiest farming in the game... yet she can 100-0 an entire team with two buttons.

In what world does that make sense? How do you justify the easiest champ in the game being one of the strongest?

... oh wait, I know! It's because Annie makes money off of the fatass whales who can't be bothered to lift a finger, and expect to be able to win with minimal effort, and Rito caters to them because whales are most of the income in an F2P cash grab.

Boy, I sure do love F2P. So happy that people enabled shitty F2P companies years ago, despite EVERYONE telling them it was a bad thing. Thanks kids.

How to counter her: Go nowhere near her. You can't counterplay targeted abilities or instant cast AoEs, and you can't out-damage her. Only thing you can do is spam CC... but then that's not counterplay.

And it's not even her lane phase that's the issue. It's the fact that she can just walk into a teamfight, push R, and instantly win it.

Go nowhere near her. You can't counterplay targeted abilities or instant cast AoEs, and you can't out-damage her. Only thing you can do is spam CC... but then that's not counterplay.

Actually Annie is pretty bad in the current meta.. she has alot of counters in lane atm and is pretty easy to deal with.

But you need to have your passive up, and if you dare say miss timbers, or ult near the wrong target, or get killed before you can land ult, you can easily be pushed out if the fight. Kinda like how Veigar is nothing in team fights without his stun.

Blatant imbalance that Rito lies about fixing, buffing champions that don't need it, nerfing champs that don't need it, all to create FOTM waves and to promote the champs with lots of / expensive skins. Zed? Never going to be nerfed. Yasuo? Never going to be nerfed. Vayne? Never going to be nerfed. Why? Well, they all sell to little kids because they're "edgy" and they're popular. So, they will never be nerfed. However, a champion like Vlad, who isn't incredibly popular, but makes people playing those flashy moneymakers sad? He is gutted over and over. Same with GP. Same with Azir. Same with Ryze. Same with every champion that can hope to compete.

And uh, you notice how Annie was massively buffed in the mage update even though she was already broken, and then shortly after gets one of the potentially most expensive skins in the game? Hmm...

Smurfs? RIOT WANTS MONEY

Riot refusing to spend any money to police their community and ensure everyone is having fun? Nah, they just let people be assholes all day, but ban someone if they hurt your feelings. Fuck spending money that has no potential return.

People getting banned? RIOT WANTS MONEY

So having his ult's damage decreased in 6.3 was a buff? Getting less bonus AD from his W and giving it a longer cooldown was a buff?

And no, losing out on his ability to poke with a single shuriken in exchange for a minor increase in damage if you hit two is not a net buff, and is why he performs worse at every level of play now.

In a world of assassins and mobility, Annie is a necessary evil. We need a champ who can immediately stop them in their tracks when necessary, while still doing decent damage. Annie is that champ.

Poppy, Cassi, Lulu, just about any support, Rene, Garen, Darius... all capable of doing just that.

And what about assassins and mobility justifies a team-wide stun that does 80% of your health, followed by another instant cast AoE that kills any squishies, leaving the tanks at 20%ish health and instantly winning the teamfight? Hmm...

You also talk as if everyone is Zed / LeBitch, and is literally teleporting around, which is not the case. Most new champions with mobility have very predictable kits, their mobility is easy to lead on, and they're mostly skillshots. So, maybe you should just start putting in a bit of effort? I have no issue aiming skillshots at people, even someone like Yasuo or Ekko.

Annie has 0 instant casts and only her q is targeted. It's justified because annie has shit range, 0 mobility, 0 sustain and is wholly burst dependent.

If annie is dealing 80% of your tanks hp, you're either 5 levels behind, 5k gold behind or your tanks are building 6 thornmails. Either way, you deserve to lose. If annie was truly instant win, why isn't everyone maining her?

Annie has the most predictable kit. Sit on stun > watch for enemies/squishies to group > flash ult. It's even better if flash is down because she can only walk up to you and ult. Mobility gives so much flexibility that anyone with a dash is already far more slippery than annie unless they only dash can forwards.

She can't 100-0 a single champion who has built MR and health, much less an entire team.

Because champions aren't balanced around difficulty of use, first of all.

Second of all, she's very good in solo queue up to plat and diamond, but not too overbearing past that and in competitive because of her fairly stark weaknesses, largely related to her range.

Her range is her punishment and without cooldowns, she can't really close it.

Yeah, her range... except most midlaners with range that match her are all skillshots, which can be dodged. Meanwhile she can just click on you, deal half your health, dodge your skillshots, and then get out without losing much, if any, health. Repeat until you win.

Annie is a huge problem against no range champions just how Azir is against champions with no range and weakness to getting zoned. Annie's range is just pitiful and that's the only thing that held her back all this time. Annie is only a threat if you get close to her (any mage will destroy you if you get within their range) and if she flashes to kill you (flash has a 5 minute cd) what more do you kids want? They nerfed her ult with the remake and now it deals less damage than what it did before... if you have an issue with annie then please learn champions like xerath, orianna, ziggs, Veigar, lux, Azir, anivia, syndra, ect to counter the living her out of her and please stop going lb against her, a good annie will destroy a lb as soon as she goes in.
