That's an offense to me but I take it x). Leblanc distortion is a mess for almost every player. First of, you wrote all of this like if anyone knew how to main them. You don't randomly play a champion that you don't main and say no it is not OP.

Leblanc base damage is insane, I just don't understand why Riot never nerfed her base damage, once you know how to use her abiliy's properly, you get no problem bursting and killing someone in 3 seconds at level 4. Her distortion duration is taking too much time before it is disabled.

Once again, Amumu base damage at mid game is unbalanced, I still don't understand why does an Amumu can 1v1 a tank, it don't even makes sens. But seriously, there is hard counter to him though, I still putted him in the list of his base damage mid game.

Annie, sorry but, Annie early damage is insane, I one shot killed an Heimer Donker with my full burst directly level 6 and he was full Health. That's just insanely stupid. I main Annie and every time I'm playing her, I can't stop laughing how pathetic this champion is. But seriously, there is also some hard counter, like Banshee Veil. But the early game and mid game is still a problem, she is dealing too much damage.

Darius can be kited but, seriously, do you really know when there will be a Darius? If you pick a melee champion in top lane an suddenly, your foes pick Darius, you sur that you will deal against the king of true damage unless if you get a Quick Silver Sash and remove the bleeding passive that can cancel his ultimate extra big fuckin damage. This champion,all you have to do is farming until you are enough tanky and then, gg.

Ryze has the shortest ranges? Have you played the new Ryze yet? Seriously, it seems you never played the new Ryze or you just don't understand it. This new Ryze can teleport himself and also one of his partner. But that is not the worse thing. The worse thing is, if you build Ryze with, Armor, Hp, Hp regen, Mana, Mana Regen and a bit of AP, YOU WILL STILL be able to do more than 1.5k damage after 30 minutes of the game. And his reset's are so dumb, it is even worse than Katarina's Passive. Get tons of armor runes and Magic Resist runes with Ryze, and gg.

Garen base damage is way too high for a tank.

Greaves, same reason, his base damage is way too high.

About Karma, you just don't even, understand, how karma, can win a game all by herself. You know nothing from her.. Early game, she is weak and so, most of Karma's Main will stay away from danger early game. I guess you never saw a Karma tank with 500 AP and 40% cdr. She has a permanent shield that can block almost 600 of AP or AD damage whatever it is. Its the biggest shield in the game. Her shield is what it makes her insanely unbalanced. Its Riven in AP type literally but with Ranged ability's. You can't catch her, and you can't kill her. By the way, she has 5 seconds of cooldown with her Shield speed.

Katarina is really easy to deny, but still, her ult do way too much damage, that is where her name Pentarina comes from. You wait until there is no more cc around the engages then you go in, pentakill easy game. Why do I not play this champion? She is boring and not impressive. Her Shunpo range is way too big.

Zac is THE best champion in League of Legends. I do not main Zac but my friends does. You should ask to Arion Soultaker why he is probably the best champion in League of Legends.

Once again, a Main Lux rarely miss their Q's. Lux Ult base damage level is 600..... yes, 600 AP base damage on her ult. And even if you stun her, her ult still work. Once again, its all about base damage.
