Volibear R should apply his AD to all units

It would allow Volibear to scale the impact of his ultimate without directly adding AD scaling to his combo (and therefore upping his single target burst which I don't care for). It would also allow him to justify buying more typical bruiser items like Steraks which is currently far too inefficient for it's price tag on him.

It is a pure scaling buff that only amplifies laning power in already niche situations like bouncing the minion wave to finish a fleeing opponent.

This would be a great buff.

the game is crowded with damage so lets increase it even more, who cares everyone dies in less than a second anyways, right?

what are tankstats for if burst is so excess that it can oneshot a squishy 2 times and do a big fat chuncks to tanks? every bit contributes until it all snaps in half.

Non argument. Volibear problem is that he has too high CDs and piss awful damage. He is showing up in support in high elo because his most useful features are independent of his gold reliance.

Reaching people isn't his problem and neither is keeping them in place. Learn what you're talking about.

please get a job at riot's balancing team as you think like them, volibear is out of meta because he's a fcking tank, and guess what? tanks get oneshot in this meta if they don't have any build in ways to straight up block out damage, voli passive will easily get bursted through before it can do most of it's healing.

the only good solution to this is for riot to tune down damage overall, buffing voli's damage will only cause long term more problems.

Wtf? Volibear is NOT a tank. Please stop talking if you have no clue. He is a Juggernaut and he has a DMG problem (besides some other problems). At least his Ult should scale better/different. Just because it's a damage heavy meta doesn't mean that there are no champs who may need a DMG buff! If Zed's Ulti would make 10 Damage and someone would say "His Ult is too weak for an Assassin" would you also argue "OMG! We have enough DMG in the game!! Stop buffing Damage to Champions!"??

No, Volibear lacks reach. As unreliable as Juggernauts are in terms of engage, most if not all of them have ways to bring people to them or ways to get to people (Darius E as an example of he former, Urgot E/Illaoi W as an example of the latter).

Instead of giving him more damage, something he has plenty of already, his Q should give more bonus MS (20/22.5/25/27.5/30%) and his base MS should be buffed to 350.

Volibear has top 3 target access in his group. Maybe even the best. Reaching people isn't his problem. Having the lowest damage in his group (and being out damaged by some tanks) is.

His poor base stats are another issue but that's more or less solved if he's allowed to buy proper fighter defense items like Steraks.

He IS allowed to buy Sterak's though.

And in fact, going by statistics, does buy it on occasion for both top and jungle.
