Since Rengar is perm banned after rework, can we revert it and revise nerfs/buffs instead?

Taizuki1 votesHis damage is just too crazy even when hes behind. They need to give him some nerfs to balance him out and people will forget about him again. Reduce his base damages and up his scaling? That way if he is behind he cant still 1shot a tank...
