If I reveal a ward, please let me get the kill. This is basic decency. You don't even have the tool TO reveal the ward. Why steal it from me?

Because why should they funnel that 30 gold to YOU when you already make little to no gold as the carries get it all?

Reason why I take the kills when I can. They can farm all they want but if I see an opportunity to get a kill and they can possibly get away its mine. If they take the majority of the gold give me something to feed off of or else your gonna be screwed in the long term if my healing or whatever has a large cool down and its weak and we are in a heated fight.

Supports don't need heavy amounts of gold.

Supports who actively steal kills are supports who lose more games.

Not true in the slightest. Gold on your support early game is much more efficient than it is on the ADC early game due to the value of the first items built. A couple of early kills going to the support with the assists to the ADC will give you more early lane presence and thus make the game easier for the ADC.

Taking all of the kills doesn't make much sense for the support though unless of course the ADC is dead weight.

The sooner the ADC can get their first item, the sooner they can get their turret.

An ADC that has most of their first item built is an ADC that will likely get first turret.

ADC who gets late game status early with first blood and first turret is an ADC that will win the game before thirty in if their team isn't comprised of idiots.

Supports are either supports who CC lock the enemy with their abilities or provide their allies with buffs with their abilities. Support items are also incredibly cheap that they can subsist easily entirely off assists.

If you aren't building those items then you aren't supporting, you're just dishing out additional damage. And while that can be helpful, it is far more efficient to have a support peel for allies, buff allies, and debuff enemies.

While I agree this might be the case in high elo it isn't for 90% of the games. First item for ADC takes significantly longer than for the support. The gold value of the support items is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the ADC.

Thus having the stronger support early gives you much more pressure in lane than your ADC getting a BF vs their pickaxe rather than axe vs axe.

As much as their egos deny it the support is what makes or breaks bot lane (jg asside) especially early on. An ADC will have a much bigger advantage with their support having FQC than they will getting their first item a few minutes earlier.

See, this is why I'm bronze. This is also why I post. Thanks for the heads up.

Unless you're messing with me...

Gold/xp is shared if you reveal the reward as mentioned.

Even if it wasn't, the reason adc gets all the farm and support gets none is because they tend to scale better with gold, so if you agree that adc should get 100% of the farm (rather than trying to split it with the support), the same reasoning means you should be funneling ward kill gold on to the adc as well.

(Every now and then a meta shows up where funneling gold into the support rather than the adc is a thing [e.g. ardent meta], but that's not a normal state of affairs.)
