Get the jungler out of my lane

Seriously....jungle camps need to take longer to clear and there should be less incentive to actually camp a lane for 5 minutes straight. I'm sick of hard stomping lane only to be ganked 7 times in a row.....and the jungler loses next to no experience while going for such plays because they've already done a full clear.
