No, if you made it to gold last season before the season ended, then you got victorious sivir. There was a victorious skin for a different champion every other seasons as well (except perhaps season 1, I don't remember).

If you end this season at gold or higher, you'll get rewarded with victorious X, where X is some yet to be determined champion.

I believe it was the other way around, j4 season 1, janna season 2.

Ok I looked it up: season 1 was J4, season 2 was Janna, season 3 was Elise, season 4 was morgana, and season 5 was sivir.

Season 6's victorious skin has yet to be announced, but in theory it'll be for some champion that has had a strong influence on the current season. Most of my theories are adc's (eg jhin), but victorious skins for two adcs in a row seems unlikely.

If it was a top lane fighter then Ekko would probably be it.

Zed didn't do anything this season. People just banned him a lot for no reason.

People are playing him a lot in Silver-Gold, though I guess that doesn't really mean much towards the season skin. My point is, I worry that it will be some tryhard champion that makes the game suck when people spam the hell out of it.

His pickrate is above average but not extremely high, and his winrate is pretty bad. If he was picked in competitive it was very rare and must not have performed very well.

He didn't really influence the meta in any scene in any way.
