Riot specifically programmed Xin Zhao to be broken with Devourer, and surprise, he's broken.

Riot changed his q from an on-attack to an on-hit with the release of Devourer, just so he get off his q in two-hits. This has made him incredably strong, with his roughly halfing the time it takes for him to knock people up. He's now the second highest win rate jungler, perhaps highest win rate jungler, since Skarner just got hot fixed. He's also the third highest play rate, barely loosing to Skarner and Lee Sin. Riot needs to do something about this solo-q monster, and reverting this change on his q would be an obvious fix.

Almost all of the Devourer users are broken when they have sated. The item itself just needs to be removed already FFS.

Also Xin is really frustrating early game but he tends to fall of late, even with devourer IMO.

jax? he has pretty bad early clears and is pretty easy to shutdown due to how squishy he is pre-6 and invading him can mean end for him because he isn't that healthy while clearing

jax l isn't that strong ya he is annoying but honestly pre-6 and pre-sated is just plain out bad with mediocre ganks ill admit his sated is op since he can tank with ult and E and kill like 2 people in a 1 vs 5

I've seen Xin's 1v1 Master Yi's.

The Xin had 300 health and the Master Yi had 1500.

I've seen Xin's 1v1 Master Yi's.

Then the Yi must have been underfed, because most Yi's by mid-game when the Xin would actually be prominent in any way do at least 300 damage per hit.

Not saying Xin isn't OP but he had to have gotten at least 2 hits off before he could survive Yi's attack with only 300 health.

(Won't argue xin is ridiculous with it, but that is some potentially misleading info.)

Besides the faster CC, I haven't noticed much from Xin. He doesn't really get much appreciable damage from Devourer, esp late and if he builds glass cannon he just gets CCed and deleted.

the issue is his early presure compared to all other sated devourers he can make you fall behind which pretty much delays your ability to straight up delete him

Xin Zhao reaches Late Game status by min 25, basically irelia mode where everything squishy has to play around their flashes to survive a xin zhao diving and killing them before they blink.
