Press the Attack should be moved over to the Inspiration tree

Remove the direct damage it deals, increase the damage your allies deal to the target, and let abilities actually apply the initial stacks. Let the debuff refresh whenever the person who procced it deals damage, but make the debuff go away once that champion applies three stacks to someone else -- kinda like Vayne's Silver Bolts, but on a larger scale. It deserves to be a support keystone! ADC's shouldn't be the one burdened with having to take PtA just to allow their supports to do more damage. Like, why would the ADC need the Nautilus support to do more damage? It's silly.

This would probably benefit high-elo players more than us shitters, though. I can just imagine how it would happen in my games.
