Kalista's E beats Twitch's E? Compare Fizz's E to Jax's E.

Both have 16-8 seconds CD.

Both are used for survivability.

Fizz's E goes on cooldown immediately on use. Jax's E goes on cooldown after it completes. This is a fairly major point that people overlook.

Fizz's E does full damage with no regard, Jax has to do 5 dodges.

Jax's E lasts 2 seconds, Fizz's E lasts 0.75 seconds. Exceeept Jax's E only dodges auto attacks, and only auto attacks that aren't special, and doesn't actually move you faster so people tend to just walk away.

Jax's E has a 1 second AoE stun. Fizz's E has a 2 second much larger AoE 60% slow. Exceeept Fizz's E is a gap closer with a lower delay, so it tends to actually hit, where as Jax's E is constantly dodged by many effects including Fizz's E.

Fizz's E dodges all incoming projectiles and effects. Jax's E reduces AoE damage by 25%, and dodges some auto attacks... unless they were already in the air in which case no.

Fizz can max E second and get amazing survivability and mobility. If Jax maxes E second he ... does not.

The difference between Fizz and Jax at level 18 discounting all abilities is Jax has 18 more HP, and 2 less armor. There's a reason Fizz is a high priority competitive pick, and Jax is Jax.
