What to do when you're ahead in lane and you've already taken down the t1 turret? For any lane?

Just something I noticed last game. I was playing Syndra in the mid lane and I crushed the enemy Leblanc , but after I took down the first turret, I didn't know what else to do. I pushed up to the second turret, but you can't stay to siege it or you'll get ganked right? Unless you have vision of the whole enemy team.

So I pretty much hung around bot lane until a fight broke out in the river, I prevented the Sona and Vayne on the enemy team from joining the fight, and we won that fight overall. And I basically returned mid to push to the second turret and then went back bot lane or basically with my bot laners and/or jungler to see if we could make a pick or something. Rinse and repeat. I feel like I'm missing something.

So, any tips?

Maybe travel with your jungler for a gank. Get dragon, go push top lane, get rift herald, go ward the enemy jungle, etc.

This is prob ur best option. You can prob get a pick with ur jungler or I'd nothing else 4v2 the bot turret a day extend ur gold lead.

Roaming, getting advantages elsewhere.

You sound like you're getting there, you just need a good feel for where the best opportunity is. I think a lot of people struggle with that.

Well roaming to bot (as you did) or even top can help make your advantage apply to the other lanes by helping them get ahead as well. Dropping the first turret is really good and makes roaming from mid even stronger.

Basically roam for kills, get other towers, get drakes and win (or, like I do it most of the time, lose) kek

Push out the wave until it'll take some time for it to get back to your tower, go roam and look for picks/towers. Go back to your lane when the wave pushes back into it and push it back into their territory. Rinse and repeat
