Champ has been S tier for so long that ive lost the track of time, and when you're finally nerfing him on pbe its a complete lovetap that comes with a even bigger compensation buff to the point where the total change is a buff.

Like wtf? Nerf him hard already, and S TIER CHAMPS DONT NEED MASSIVE COMPENSATION BUFFS, like you did when you nerfed duskblade but made him even stronger...

just to clarify though his nerfs means he goes into brush to activate his invis, but once he comes out is only invisible for .5 seconds (because it starts the timer the second he enters)

also none of it is 100% slated for live, they are looking into adding more nerfs.
