Riot when you nerf twitch (which it should be soon because he is broken) you should make his poison to not steal allied buffs something like 
that dosent kill the allied monster camps when they are 1hp
So when twitch leash to not have this issue that you need to wait his 5 stack poison to go away because if you play a not heavy damage attacker champion boom the buff is gone...

No one forced me to speak anything but I actually learned the language people in my area use.
