@Riot , please, don't change Sejuani E.

I have made another thread about this, but I am really scared about this change. Buffing the CD and them nerfing both the duration and base damage seems pretty bad. I don't want this: I think everyone who truly plays Sejuani don't want this. She can't stick to her target long enough with this change to apply permafrost more than once: and this also nerf her full AP build and decrease the damage done by sejuani on a gank. She will be UNABLE to use 2 rotations of her spells in a single gank, this change will not help her. Just shift her Q power to W, and leave her permafrost as it is. ( Also , there is no reason to nerf her W base damage and add it on her Q. She needs a buff like that without "compensatory" nerf )
