Can we reduce number of stacking instead of stack intensity ?
5% per stack, up to 5 stacks (25%) Current PBE experimentation : 4% per stack, up to 6 stacks (24%) Live : 5% per stack, up to 6 stacks (30%)

JarvansWAR8 votesNo, because it would need less work to get the full pen. I'd rather they reduce it to 2% per stack, then bump it up to 20% at max stacks so that you actually have to work for it.
And make it so that Darius and Graves can't get all 6 stacks from one auto.

JarvansWAR1 votesLet's be real, here. What Darius is gonna wait for the bleed? Additionally, he can double stack while it goes off, so he's essentially doubling down on the stacks.
Not to mention Black Cleaver gives him rage every second.

But 20% is nothing compared to the 30% we have right now...
Keep it at 30% total, 10 stacks, 3% each. That also fixes the problem of assassins using it.
