edit: since talon has parkour skill ,he got his ms to 335 which is slower than zyra and heimer as mages ,thats few and as slow as most immobile /control mages,
350....335,yet lee sin runs blindly with high innate ms. which can dash 2000 range with Q and jump with W also.

Marshbouy1 votesWhat needs to happen is his shield buffs need to be reverted and CoC needs to be nerfed hard. CoC pushed him over the edge in terms of balance, the shield and life steal buffs (pre worlds) made bad lee sin players be able to clear much easier.
