I actually like the item, I just think the rune is a bit over-tuned, but they're changing boots and stopwatch which should force people to choose one. I think it offers more outplay potential, like flash does.

But how do I "outplay" a 5-stopwatch team comp on a kill-reset champion?

I can't. I just have to sit back and farm, and can't help my team at all unless they blow those stopwatches themselves.

I think the changes to the Inspiration tree should whittle the amount of people taking it, since you'll only be able to take one free item. Other ADCs might take Precision/Domination instead of Precision/Inspiration as an example for champs that wouldn't usually take it. If everyone still takes it, they could always increase the timer to 10 minutes instead of 6.

I do think that the rune is in a over-tuned state right now, but the item itself is fine, if you're spending 600 gold to buy a one-use Zhonyas.
