i mean come on like before her nerf were pushed to live people were confused due to both her and DFT being nerfed well fun fact DFT still gives her some power even though it is nerfed not to mention has some of the highest bases for an AP mage possible 360 dmg on Q purely via bases possible 350 dmg with E purely via bases

Id agree that the Q nerf went to far BUT if a 1.2 second cd heal with good base heal+50% ap ratio isn't frustrating then i don't know what is +windspeakers only compensates for the increased mana cost
